Buckeye is the western-most suburb of the Phoenix metro area with a population of roughly 69,000 people. Buckeye offers plenty of small-town attractions and recreational activities that make it the perfect little community to enjoy yourself. This includes the Skyline Regional Park where you and your family can spend the day traversing the southern White Tank Mountains. The area is perfect for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and much more. Also, the Buckeye Aquatic Center is one of the finest swimming areas throughout the entire region. It features a 160-foot circular pool slide and a ten-foot-high diving board. The center offers swim lessons, lap swimming programs, and a training course to become a certified lifeguard. The Sundance Golf Club in Buckeye offers perhaps one of the best golfing experiences in the West Valley. The course is surrounded by wide-ranging vistas of the Estrella Mountains and White Tank Mountains. Lastly, Cafe 25:35 in downtown Buckeye is one of the most popular restaurants in the area and it has a full-service coffee bar. Some of their most popular menu items include the Arkansas breakfast burrito, Tony’s garlic burger, and their savory buffalo chicken sandwich.
